Inauguration of Vice Rectors I,II,III,IV, the Head of LP3M and LPPM Institutions

Public Relations of UNJ (10/18/2019) – Universtias Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) was holding an Inauguration and Handover Program of the Vice Rectors I, II, III, IV and the Heads of LP3M and LPPM institutions on Friday, 18th October 2019 at Latief Hendraningrat Auditorium, Dewi Sartika Building Fl.2, Campus A UNJ. Attended the inauguration were the Rector of UNJ, Dr. Komarudin, M.Si. and witnessed by the Head of UNJ Senate, Prof. Hafid Abbas, the Deans of the Faculties, Heads of Units, Heads of Institutions, and Heads of Bureaus of the university, as well as all academicians of UNJ.

In compliance with the Rector’s Decree No. 1032/UN39/KP/08.01 concerning Discharge and Appointment of Vice Rector, Dean, and Head of Institution of UNJ in period of 2019-2023, the Rector of UNJ considers, examines, notices, decides, and stipulates, honorably discharges:

  1. Achmad Ridwan, M.Si., Vice Rector I and IV
  2. Dr. Achmad Sofyan Hanif. M.Pd., Vice Rector III
  3. Dr. Suyono, M.Si., Dean of FMIPA UNJ
  4. H. Abdul Sukur, S.Pd., M,Si., Dean of FIO UNJ
  5. Muhammad Zid, M.Si., Dean of FIS UNJ
  6. Agus Dudung R, M.Pd., Dean of FT UNJ
  7. Totok Bintoro, M.Pd., Head of LP3M UNJ
  8. Ucu Cahyana, M.Si., Head of LPPM UNJ

and appoints the new officials in replace of the former:

  1. Dr. Suyono, M.Si., as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs
  2. Agus Dudung R, M.Pd., as Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance
  3. H. Abdul Sukur, S.Pd., M.Si., as Vice Rector for Student Affairs
  4. Totok Bintoro, M.Pd., as Vice Rector for Planning and Cooperation Affairs
  5. Muhammad Zid, M.Si., as Head of LP3M
  6. Ucu Cahyana, M.Si., as Head of LPPM

The Rector of UNJ, Dr. Komarudin, M.Si. congratulated the inaugurated new officials. “We should be grateful to God for restoring our capacity and ability to do our best for the sake of the advancement of UNJ.” He added that this position is a blessing God gave us; but it might also be a disaster at the same time. Therefore we must not forget to say ”Innalillahi wa innailaihi roji’uun ,“ to bear in mind that the Almighty God always lead the way on the duties we perform.

In this new cabinet, Dr. Komarudin explained that we have a quite tough challenge in the future that is to promote reputation of UNJ to have an A accreditation and better rank as well as to be the leading LPTK. Second, we also need to improve the university governance that has to be modernized by having a 100-day auditing program to result next action plans. “By collaboration and cooperation of all parties: the officials, faculties, departments, I believe we can advance the best reputation of UNJ, ´explained Dr. Komarudin.

Last but not least, Dr. Komarudin did not forget as well to extend his deep acknowledgment to the discharged officials for their work, contribution, and dedication throughout their period of leadership. The occasion was ended by all attended invitees’ and members’ of UNJ congratulating the inaugurated officials.
