Acting Rector of UNJ handed over Decree and Letter of Duty Commitment (SPMT) of Civil Servant Candidate of Lecturer
Public Relations of UNJ (7/31/2019) – Acting Rector of Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Prof. Intan Ahmad, Ph.D was handing over Decree and and Letter of Duty Commitment (SPMT) of Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) of Lecturer recruited in 2018 . Attending the handover session were the Vice Rectors, Deans and Officials of UNJ. The session was held on 31st July 2019 at Meeting Room of Syafei Building, Fl. 8, Campus A, UNJ.
Prof. Intan Ahmad, Ph.D in his remarks said, “This will be a significant step for all of you because you have made up your mind for being a lecturer. All has to be properly, accurately and well performed for building a good reputation. You have to know that it is the students who will make a good or bad judgment on us.” He added that a lecturer has to stay updated with his or her learning materials despite applying existing curriculum. A lecturer must be responsible for the young generation by equipping them with relevant knowledge they will obtain from their campus. Therefore, they will eventually be able to get involved in and contribute to society. At last, Prof. Intan Ahmad, Ph.D. encouraged CPNS of lecturer to actively start conducting a research either in the scope or out of UNJ. He suggested having the research focus on one specific field in order to be an expert.
Main agenda of this morning session was handing over the Decree and SPMT by Prof. Intan Ahmad, Ph.D followed with filling out the forms of CPNS profile and KP-4 by the CPNS. There were 101 CPNS in total receiving the Decree and SPMT.
