Batavia Team UNJ Won KMHE 2018

Another achievement earned by Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Batavia Team UNJ had become a runner-up in Kontes Mobil Hemat Energi (KMHE) 2018 Prototype Gasoline category. The event was held by DIKTI on November 27th – December 1st, 2018 at Universitas Negeri Padang.

Batavia Team UNJ joined the competition with one of their best cars, Si Pitung. Si Pitung is an economical and environment-friendly car in Prototype Gasoline category. The competition was a tight race. The rain caused some difficulties to the participants in maximizing their best energy-efficient cars. However, Batavia Team UNJ mechanics and crew successfully overcome the problem. Batavia team UNJ and Si Pitung successfully won the 2nd place with 469,89 KM/Liter of fuel consumption.

This achievement is an addition to many other UNJ accomplishments in an energy-efficient car event. Batavia Team UNJ will continue to create more innovations in developing other energy-efficient cars for the future.
