Students Admission
  1. Regular

    Students admission under regular program is open for diploma (D-III), undergraduate (S1), and doctorate (S2 dan S3). Applicants may choose to apply through Penelusuran Minat dan Kemampuan (PMDK), Ujian Masuk Bersama (UMB), Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN), Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru UNJ (Penmaba UNJ), or doctorate test. Terms and conditions for each programs are corresponding with the provision.

  2. Non-regular

    Students admission under non-regular program is open for certain study program in diploma (D-III) and undergraduate (S1). Applicants may choose to apply through Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru UNJ (Penmaba UNJ) and Alih Jenjang (available only for certain study program and for applicants who hold a diploma). Terms and conditions for each programs are corresponding with Pedoman Penmaba UNJ.

  3. Transfer students
    1. Cross-study program in UNJ

      Requirements and Procedure:

      1. Availability of the desired study program.
      2. Reference (addressed to the Rector of UNJ and head of BAAK)
      3. Applicants must be a registered student of UNJ.
      4. Applicants are minimum in 2nd semester and maximum 6th semester (excluding leave of absence), with minimum GPA 2.00 proven by transcripts.
      5. Approved by the head of both origin and desired ones study program,  and acknowledged by the vice dean 1 of the intended faculty.
      6. Applicants are not a drop out or an inactive student. Applicants must not currently undergo an academic penalty proven by approval letter from dean of the faculty.
      7. Transfer is only allowed if:
        • Students were from the same group of study program (science or social) and from science to social. Transfer from social to science is not allowed.
        • Students were from the same program. Transfer from diploma to undergraduate or vice versa are not allowed.
        • Students’ origin study program has higher passing grade than intended study program.
      8. Transfer is NOT allowed if:
        • Students who were given a chance to continue their study after abandoning courses
        • Students were from another state university
        • Students were from PMDK, non-regular, or Alih Jenjang program.
      9. No addition to applicants’ study period.
      10. Pass the test held by the intended study program.
      11. Apply for accreditation of subjects to accreditation team in intended faculty.
      12. Pay for admission fee.
      13. Follow the rules as a new student:
        • College tuition is in accordance to new academic year regulation.
        • Students will get a new identification number.
    2. From Another State University

      Requirements and Procedure:

      1. Availability of the desired study program.
      2. Reference (addressed to the Rector of UNJ and head of BAAK)
      3. Applicants are minimum in 2nd semester and maximum 6th semester (excluding leave of absence), with minimum GPA 3.00 using A, B, C, and D format or GPA 3,25 using A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, and C format proven by official transcripts.
      4. Permit from the head of UNJ, dean of intended faculty, or head of BAAK UNJ.
      5. Applicants are not a drop out or an inactive student. Applicants must never undergo an academic penalty proven by approval letter from the dean of faculty/head of BAAK from state university attended.
      6. Proven to be drug-free by official letter signed by parents.
      7. Study program attended has permit from Dikti or Rector for PTN BHMN. Study program accreditation: A or B (provide certificate).
      8. Study program intended is the same or related with study program attended.
      9. Photocopy of transcripts, legalized by dean of the faculty attended.
      10. Pass the test held by the intended study program.
      11. Apply for accreditation of subjects to accreditation team in intended faculty.
      12. Pay for admission fee.
  4. Students of UNJ who has abandoned study courses

    Students who still has study period but no longer registered for 3 to 10 semester are given one chance to continue their study on conditions:

    1. Unregistered for:
      • 3 – 4 semester with approved study program maximum 80% from total SKS and passed through accreditation.
      • 5 – 10 semester with approved study program maximum 50% from total SKS and passed through accreditation.
      • More than 10 semester with no approved study program.
    2. Allowed only in study program attended.
    3. Submit a request letter to Rector of UNJ and head of BAAK, approved by head of study program and dean of the faculty (following students admission schedule).
    4. Study period is corresponding with the provision by considering the amount of approved SKS.
    5. Pay for every semesters’ tuition during their time as an unregistered student.
    6. Follow the rules as a new student:
      • College tuition is in accordance to new academic year regulation.
      • Students will get a new identification number.
