Open Selection Assessment of The First-Rank Officials, the Head of General Affairs and Personnel Bureau
Public Relations of UNJ (10/29/2019) – The Rector of Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Dr. Komarudin, M.Si. officially opened the agenda of an Open Selection Assessment of The First-Rank Officials, the Head of General Affairs Personnel Bureau on Tuesday, 29th October 2019 at the Meeting Room of Syafei Building Fl.8, Campus A UNJ. Some invitees were present in this occasion, namely the Head of Team/Assessor Quality Controller of the State Personnel Agency (BKN), Usman Gumanti, SH., M.Si., together with 6 members of BKN assessor team, Vice Rector for General and Financial Affairs, Dr. Agus Dudung, Vice Deans, and Heads of Bureau of UNJ.
Dr. Komarudin in his speech said good luck to all candidates and really expected to have the candidates struggle for this opportunity the best. “Whenever there is a selection, there must be a chance for one to be selected and appointed but also for others to miss it, indeed. Anyway, we have to hold this selection process because we just want to have it done on the basis of transparency, “Dr. Komarudin expressed.
It is hoped that this selection process can be a moment for UNJ to rise in order to become the leading university in Indonesia, particularly LPTK. He also emphasized that the selected head of the bureau must show his work performance either internally or externally well. A good external performance should address problems associated with communication and cooperation whilst a good internal performance should address guidance and counseling matters either personally or institutionally. In addition, a good internal performance is also shown by initiative and creativity.
This selection assessment was held by the BKN Central Institution for Competency Assessment of ASN, which would select future prospective candidates of the Head of General Affairs and Personnel Bureau of UNJ who have passed the administrative stage. 5 future prospective candidates were finally screened, namely:
- Sutrisno, Head of Administrative Division of the Faculty of Social Sciences of UNJ.
- Miswan, S.Pd., Head of General Affairs, Legal and Governance Division (UHTL) of UNJ.
- Kamandoko, S.Pd. Head of Planning Division of UNJ.
- Sudirman, M.AP. Head of Administrative Division of the Faculty of Economics of UNJ.
- Ramlan Lumbontaruan, M.M., Head of State-owned Goods Division of UNJ.
